Rarotonga International Airport guest’s services are
limited and departing check in services open 4 hours prior
to departure. It is recommended that guests arriving before
6.00am and departing after 6.00pm are booked for an additional
night or have early check in/late check out arrangements.
No Children under 12yrs of age permitted in the Dormitory.
Bookings to the hotel can be made by letter, fax or e-mail.
These are valid only when confirmed in writing from the hotel.
To confirm your reservation a 2 night deposit is required
refundable if cancelled 30 days from arrival.
Cancellation and no show fees are charged as follows:
Cancellations 30 days and over No charge
Cancellations within 29 - 15 days of arrival 1 nights charge
Cancellations within 14-8 days of arrival 2 nights charge
Cancellation within 7 days Full payment
No Show: Full payment
A cancellation is only accepted in writing and is confirmed
upon reply by us in writing.
